There’s An Angel In All Of Us

October 1, 1910 ·

Many people far and wide have come upon the Angel Corps’ name, even if they have not had the good fortune of meeting these ferocious, yet feminine, soldiers. Their morals are very controversial and have sparked uproar with townspeople up and down Great Britain.

Due to their extremely busy schedule as being Her Majesty’s finest, we have been able to source our first exclusive adventure story from none other than Angel Corps squadron leader, Captain Sandy Mae.

I come from a small, rural village in the South East of Siam where we are under the steady rule of King Chulalongkorn. I was born to a wealthy family due to my fathers status in society and close connections to the Royal Family. My aunt, an officer for the royals, influenced me from a young age, and gave me a strong desire to do something that made a difference in the world.

My mother disagreed with the values of women like my aunt, and treated me harshly,  favouring my younger siblings instead. After moving around the globe for several years, I found myself in her Majesty’s Royal Fleet in Singapore at the age of 23 hunting down a group of pirates, this was the beginning of my way into the Angel Corps.

After gathering information and tailing these pirates, I was then tasked with the mission of taking a hostage back to Britain for questioning. However, this lead to the surprising discovery of a larger, more dangerous syndicate of pirates, and the revelation that my new  Angel Corps captain – Meg Narongchai, was on a similar mission tracking  another small group of pirates from the same syndicate.

Following a long and tiring standoff, we took a hostage. I was strongly against accepting her and was hostile at first. This, however changed when she became one of us and left her old life of piracy and crime behind to start a new life of purpose with Angel Corps.

On returning to Britain with new intelligence, we were able to disrupt the pirates smuggling of opium and dangerous substances. The campaign won my captain and I our current ranks in the elite unit.”

Due to the classified nature of Angel Corps’ work interviews are hard to come by, so reports like this allow us to see the inner workings of this elite unit.
